In 2007, Sandrine and Olivier Kretz decided to create an agency specializing in luxury real estate. They wanted this agency to be a reflection of their personalities: to be resolutely independent, human, agile, and for it to feel like a family. Above all, they want to share more than real estate. They want to share life projects, emotions, dreams, and a whole art of living. It was therefore quite natural that three of their sons, Martin, Valentin, and Louis, joined them in their 1930s office-home in Boulogne Billancourt to continue to invent, as a family, this new way of doing real estate.

Thanks to cinemagraphs, drones, osmo cameras and the help of image professionals, we open the doors and capture the soul of each place.
DIRECTION AND PRODUCTION OF 4K VIDEOS
With state-of-the-art production equipment, we film the outstanding qualities of your property with smoothness and fluidity.
We create and capture movement. Because each property has its unique story to tell, we have integrated into our agency a professional film director, Virgile Voiseau.
CINEMAGRAPHER
Cinemagraphe captures the personality of your property with sensitivity and precision. Movement and poetry are the two strengths of this format. We design and produce cinemagraphs.
A cinemagraph is a photograph animated by a slight repetitive movement. It is normally in animated GIF format and can seem like watching a video.
DRONES
Aerial videos & 3D models
In partnership with our sister company www.skyness.com, which specializes in aerial services using drones, we create photos and videos that capture the emotions of each location, highlighting the features of the property and its environment. The result often creates a feeling of 'love at first sight', leading to a visit with a qualified, targeted buyer. Our videos are in full HD, enriched with music, and translated into English. We are registered with the DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) and have the administrative authorization to carry out these operations anywhere in France.
