KRETZ presents an exclusive property perfect for your weekends. Only 45 minutes from Madrid and with exceptional finishes maintaining the essence of the original building and perfectly integrated in its surroundings. The history of this medieval tower begins at the end of the 13th century, when King Sancho IV ‘the brave’ gave the tower and fortress to Gómez Rodríguez for his help in the defence of his crown. Later, in the 17th century, it became the manor house of the Ibáñez de Leguizamón y Segovia family. In its 300m2 renovated, recreating the original materials and all luxury of details, we can find a beautiful entrance hall with a courtesy toilet, and the access, through a stone arch, to a beautiful living room with high ceilings. On this same floor we have access to a beautiful porch and a garden where you can enjoy the summer evenings and where we also have a shed with an auxiliary kitchen. The kitchen, located on the first floor, shares the space with the dining room and a cosy TV area. Two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms complete this floor. Upstairs there is another very spacious room which can be used for different purposes. This property is located in Vegas de Matute, a beautiful village in the province of Segovia from whose quarries the lime was quarried for the construction of the Escorial Monastery. A piece of our history that you can now enjoy.
